I, ( The Artist ), retain full rights to the original artwork. Therefore, I must be given proper credit and my signature cannot be removed. The buyer claims the character, and the character ONLY, not the artwork itself.

I only accept US funds. I prefer to receive payment through PayPal, but am willing to discuss alternative options. Payment must be sent in advance.

I must be provided at least one visual reference by the buyer, in order to capture the character more accurately. You can provide verbal descriptions instead, but this may not guarantee accurate end results, unless it is a character you want me to willingly design.

The buyer has my permission to re-post the commissioned artwork on any social media, whether it is for personal or commercial use, as long as proper credit is given.

I cannot give an exact time on when your commission will be finished. It can vary from days to weeks, depending on how difficult your order is. Regular progress updates will be given. I can try my best to finish a project by a specific date; however, rushing will not be tolerated.

Buyer has the right to request changes upon the sketching stage. In later stages, only minor changes will be accepted. Anything major will cost extra.

If the buyer cancels the commission, refunds are based on the following conditions: 1. Cancellation before sketch stage - full refund. 2. Cancellation if any work has already been done - partial refund. 3. Cancellation near or after completion - no refund. 4. If I, the Artist, cancel your commission myself, you'll receive a full refund regardless of the progress made.

I have the right to decline and accept any commission, regardless of the reason. Also, if for any reason I do not upload your commission onto my social media, please don't pressure me into uploading it. I'm in charge of my own portfolio, and I'll be the one choosing what to upload.

I will not accept any themes containing rape, sexual assault, severe gore, racism, offensive topics, fetish, NSFW and anything else considered offensive towards other cultures, sexualities, races and so on.

I will accept themes related to feral, anthro, human, mild gore, fantasy creatures / species, complicated designs. I may attempt to create topics that are new or out of my comfort zone, feel free to ask or discuss this topic with me.
